Terms of Service
Effective date: April 2026 · Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wallibon, operated by Walt Adler Design Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Wallibon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Wallibon Is
Wallibon is a service that helps with everyday questions, reminders, and staying connected to family, delivered over SMS. Wallibon provides warm, conversational responses via text message and delivers daily summaries to designated family caregivers.
Wallibon is not a medical device, medical service, emergency response system, or healthcare provider. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services. If you or someone you care for is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Wallibon account or enroll another person in the service. When enrolling an aging parent or other individual in Wallibon, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the enrolled person has agreed to receive Wallibon SMS messages. The enrolled person's affirmative YES reply to the verification SMS is the consent event for SMS messaging itself; without that YES reply, no service messages are sent.
3. SMS Messaging and Consent
Wallibon delivers its service via SMS text message on mobile phone numbers in the United States. Enrollment begins at wallibon.com/signup, where the enrolling user submits a public web form with an affirmative consent checkbox. Opt-in consent for SMS messaging is then captured when the enrolled phone number replies YES to a verification SMS — no service messages are sent until that YES reply is received. If the enrolled person replies STOP, or does not reply at all, the enrollment is cancelled and no further messages are sent. The enrolled person can opt out at any time by replying STOP, regardless of who initiated enrollment. See our SMS Terms & Consent page for the full disclosure, including the verification SMS text and supported keywords.
What messages you will receive. Wallibon sends conversational replies in response to messages you send, occasional gentle check-ins, and periodic summaries. Designated family caregivers receive daily conversation summaries. Message frequency varies based on your interactions, typically 1–10 messages per day once enrolled.
Sample messages:
- "Good morning. How are you feeling today?"
- "Got it — I made a note. I'm here whenever you want to share more."
- "Here's what came up today with Mom..." (caregiver summary)
Standard carrier fees. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Wallibon message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume service after opting out, reply START. Reply HELP at any time for assistance information. For support, contact walt@wallibon.com.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how SMS data is handled, and our SMS Terms & Consent page for the full opt-in disclosure.
4. Caregiver Access
Wallibon shares daily conversation summaries with family caregivers designated by the account holder. This sharing is disclosed at enrollment as a core function of the service; the enrolled user's affirmative YES reply to the verification SMS confirms acceptance of the service, including the caregiver-summary feature. Caregivers may also enter notes and context that inform Wallibon's responses.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wallibon to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the service
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
6. Subscription and Payment
Wallibon is offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing, billing terms, and available plans are described at the time of sign-up. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7. Disclaimers
Wallibon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
