Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 2026  ·  Last updated: May 2026

Wallibon ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Walt Adler Design Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our SMS service and website at wallibon.com.

Wallibon is a consumer service that helps with everyday questions, reminders, and family connection. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or health monitoring service, and is not regulated under HIPAA.

SMS Communications, Consent, and Data Sharing

How SMS consent is obtained. Wallibon enrollment begins at wallibon.com/signup, where the enrolling user submits a public web form with an affirmative consent checkbox. Opt-in consent for SMS messaging is then captured when the enrolled phone number replies YES to a verification SMS — no service messages are sent until that YES reply is received. If the enrolled person replies STOP, or does not reply at all, enrollment is cancelled and the consent record is closed. A record of each opt-in is retained, including the consent language affirmed in the verification SMS, the timestamp, and the verification reply received. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Wallibon message and may request assistance by replying HELP. Message frequency varies (typically 1–10 messages per day once enrolled). Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. See our SMS Terms & Consent page for the full opt-in disclosure.

Types of messages sent. Enrolled users receive (a) conversational replies to messages they send, (b) occasional gentle check-ins from Wallibon, and (c) account and service notifications. Designated family caregivers receive daily conversation summaries.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected for the Wallibon messaging service are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. SMS data is used exclusively to operate the Wallibon service and is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver it — Twilio (SMS transmission) and Anthropic (AI response generation) — which are contractually restricted to using the data solely for providing services to Wallibon.

See our SMS Terms & Consent page for the full opt-in disclosure, including sample messages, frequency expectations, and all supported keywords.
